Paul is fantastic. He arrived 15 minutes after our initial call. He got our 30 year old furnace to work and agreed to come out the next morning to do a service. When he arrived the next day to find the furnace not working again he gave us the bad news that we needed a new furnace. Worked up a quote and helped us to get a fair price. He even worked us in a day early so we wouldn't freeze. Removed and replaced our old furnace with a new one in less than half a day. Would recommend highly!

Paul was great to work with! He was a good communicator and very efficient. His overall price was $400 less than the two other providers I received estimates from (!). Highly recommend his services.

After receiving four quotes to repair our furnace via Thumbtack. I called Precision Air LLC and spoke with Paul and he offered a $95 rate if he could fix it without parts. He diagnosed what was wrong and fixed the furnace for the $95 amount. Paul was respectful, knowledgeable, and very honest. I highly recommend this company. Paul is a great technician. He waived the initial appointment fee after quickly figuring out what needed to be replaced and seeing how it was an expensive piece he even reduced the price of the part a little for me. He has great knowledge and I would recommend him and use him in the future.
