Jarrin and Timothy did an excellent job completing the install of our new furnace, AC, and Halo. They were very friendly and professional and took the time to explaining the function of the new system. I would highly recommend this team.

Had Precision replace both our furnace and A/C. Furnace was replaced in February and A/C was just replaced this week after waiting through supply chain issues to get the unit we wanted. Serge did the estimating and Victor and Sam just installed the A/C. Sorry I don't remember who installed the furnace last February but I can say they all were extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I even got a call from the GM, Dave, during our delay waiting for the manufacturer to catch up with their demand to discuss options.

I have already recommended Precision Air and will continue. It's nice to have a resource like this for HVAC needs. Thank you, Dave, Sam, Victor, and Serge....and the furnace installers who's names I don't remember. And of course, Katelynn who fielded my calls and fed me with information during our wait.

Paul is fantastic. He arrived 15 minutes after our initial call. He got our 30 year old furnace to work and agreed to come out the next morning to do a service. When he arrived the next day to find the furnace not working again he gave us the bad news that we needed a new furnace. Worked up a quote and helped us to get a fair price. He even worked us in a day early so we wouldn't freeze. Removed and replaced our old furnace with a new one in less than half a day. Would recommend highly!

Paul was great to work with! He was a good communicator and very efficient. His overall price was $400 less than the two other providers I received estimates from (!). Highly recommend his services.

After receiving four quotes to repair our furnace via Thumbtack. I called Precision Air LLC and spoke with Paul and he offered a $95 rate if he could fix it without parts. He diagnosed what was wrong and fixed the furnace for the $95 amount. Paul was respectful, knowledgeable, and very honest. I highly recommend this company. You will get a fair and transparent quote and expert service. Our family is grateful during this current cold period. I am very satisfied and will be a returning customer.
